How long is the program?
There is no definitive end-date for anyone on the Habit Transformation Membership. It is a continual coaching program (kind of like a bootcamp style mentorship) in which most people use for accountability and access to the coaches.
Yes (and no). While we have provided all the necessary and important tools to help you achieve your weight loss goals, sometimes hormones, digestion, stress or other life factors can mask fat-loss or get in the way of seeing results at the preferred speed. In this case, we recommend considering our higher tier program with 1-on-1 customization, coaching and support (this program also has a guarantee of results, so you can have the confidence and peace that we will get you those results).
Inside of this program, no. However, we do have the option to upgrade to a custom workout program for $97.
The reason we don't offer custom nutrition is that we go really in depth and into full detective mode when creating meal plans (and it's not just a one and done type thing, we're always modifying, adapting and customizing as you progress -- this is why our higher tier program has guaranteed results.)
